To incorporate a company in Malaysia, you’ll need a copy of your IC or passport, proof of residential address, and details of your proposed company, including 3 name options. No. The entire process can be completed online. The only requirement is that at least one company director must be a Malaysian resident. If you’re based overseas or unable to visit, our team will coordinate everything digitally and keep you updated at every step until your company is incorporated.
On average, incorporation takes between 5–7 working days once all documents are submitted. This includes name search, document preparation, and approval from SSM.
